VARI I

High-yield vehicle focused on the purchase of a portfolio of squatted homes (acquired from the main real estate funds) mainly in Madrid. The capital is 100% disbursed and after a year of activity the return of contributions to the financial partners has already begun.

VARI II

Highly profitable vehicle focused on new construction of housing in areas of Madrid affected by gentrification. These are 8 developments with a total of 90 homes. The locations are in Puente de Vallecas, Carabanchel and Getafe. The Vallecas developments will benefit from the burying of the Puente de Vallecas and the creation of green areas. The vehicle is 100% subscribed and in the first phases of the production process. Started the marketing process of the first two developments.

Expected margin: 60% in three years.

We are hereby presenting our next projects with a subscription period in 2022; The duration of these vehicles is estimated at a period not exceeding three years.

VARI III

Highly profitable vehicle focused on the acquisition and transformation of premises in the Community of Madrid seeking the best possible use, with which we will analyze the possibilities of obtaining housing, tourist apartments, coliving and hostels. It will have a capital investment of 15 million euros.

Subscription period opening in May 2022.

VARI IV

The second vehicle which is being designed is for New Construction Real Estate Development and seeks to develop between 15 and 25 homes in areas affected by gentrification; This vehicle will have its own funds of 12 million euros and will be the continuation of the last vehicle that was previously launched (VARI II).

Subscription period opening in July 2022.

VARI V

The third vehicle in the analysis and development phase includes the investment in the acquisition of 50 squatted dwellings with a high level of pre-selection and with a capacity for improvement based on relevant adaptation. This vehicle will have a capital of 6 million euros.
